Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking details once it’s on its way.

During high-volume periods (like seasonal rushes or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer—but we move fast when herbs are involved.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

(No globe-trotting herbs just yet—we like to keep things domestic for now.)


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

If you don’t see it, check your spam folder—or your inbox might just be playing hard to get.


Shipping Delays

While we aim for smooth sailing, delays can happen due to:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volumes
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Herbasal is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier—but we’ll absolutely help you track it down if things go sideways.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to collect the package

You may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Herbasal is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen:

  1. Check around your delivery location
  2. Contact the carrier directly
  3. Reach out to us—we’ll do our best to help

(We can’t wrestle packages back from porch pirates, but we will support you.)


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at info@herbasal.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photo proof of the damage

We’ll make it right—no drama required.
