Return Rules Summary:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Free return shipping on approved returns
- An 8% restocking fee applies
- Final sale items are not eligible for return
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Full or at least ¾ full
- In its original bottle and packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Because our products are consumable wellness items, we can’t accept returns that are mostly used (your immune system might love it, but accounting will not).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Broken
- Leaking
- Incorrect
Contact us right away at info@herbasal.com with photo proof, and we’ll make it right.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at info@herbasal.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll send:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your package

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

- Final sale items

Refunds

If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@herbasal.com and we’ll track it down.
